If the item turns out to be a defective one (none man-made damage) within 30 days after delivery, please contact us with the above requested information. Once the case is confirmed, you can return the item back in the original package without any wear and tear for a new functional replacement or item refund, otherwise we can repair only.

If the items are defective after a period of usage but still within the warranty time (none man-made damage), you can send us with the above requested information to describe the case and get the defective item be forwarded to a factory for repairs or a new replacement.
Incorrect Product Received
Details:If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please contact our customer service within 7 days after delivery (counting from the delivery date) to show us the mistake.
Requested:When contacting us please include the following information 1) Photos of the front and back of the packing envelope or box 2) Photo of the received item (please display all the received accessories of this item in one picture and send it to us) If a return is necessary, please make sure that the incorrect item you returned is wrapped in the original package without any wear and tear and the product is in the same condition. Generally, we may need customers to pay for the returning postage to return the items first. Upon receiving the returned item, we will offer refund or resend the correct item for customers, together we will send you the returning postage (based on the shipping postage receipt). Or, if you can make use of it and prefer to keep it, Shieldon would love to offer a special discount for it. We may need 7 to 10 working days to process with the returning and will keep in touch with you.
Unsatisfied PurchaseIf the items works but you do not wish to retain it, or for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days after delivery (counting from the delivery date) in its original package with the receipt for a refund or a exchange. Customers are obligated for all the shipping cost arising therefrom. - 3. Please use the cheapest way to ship the item(s) back. The sender is responsible for all the consequences such as tax if customers don't notify us before returning the products via DHL, EMS, UPS and FedEx express. And express courier services such as DHL, EMS, UPS and FedEx etc. are NOT eligible for return shipping cost reimbursements.
- 4. Item(s) will not be under warranty if the defect is confirmed to be caused by artificial damage or incorrect use.
